Scientific and teaching activities

I have participated at permanent research seminaries in the field of interest at the Faculty of Mathematics and Mechanics of the University of Bucharest and at the Institute of Mathematics. I have participated in many scientific meetings in Romania. I was part time Assistant at the Faculty of Mathematics and Mechanics, teaching Theoretical Mechanics and Numerical Methods for Hyperbolic PDE's. I taught classes on viscoplasticity for graduate students at the University of Metz. I presented lectures at scientific seminars at Institut National Polytechnique de Grenoble, Laboratoire Génie Physique et Mécanique des Matériaux, at the University of Montpellier II, Laboratoire de Mécanique et Génie Civil, at the University of Metz, Laboratoire de Physique et Mécanique des Matériaux, at the Technical University of Berlin, Hermann Foettinger Institut fuer Thermodynamik und Fluiddynamik, at the Institute of Fundamental Technological Research, Polish Academy of Sciences, Warsaw. I taught classes on Introduction to the Mechanics of Continuum Media for students in ''Maitrise Ingegnérie Mathématique'', at the University of Metz (April 1996 - July 1996; April 1997 - July 1997).
