This conference is organized by the Institute of Mathematics "Simion Stoilow" of the Romanian Academy under the EURROMMAT Programme supported by the European Commission, with partial support from the CERES Programme of the Romanian Ministery of Education, Youth and Research .

    Period June 26 - July 04, 2003
    Programme Ten days Conference in Sinaia , a mountain resort 120 km north from Bucharest. A special session will be dedicated to the 60th birthday of Serban Stratila. We also plan to have a number of 30 and 20 minute talks.
