ARRIVAL:
The International Airport of Bucharest, Henri Coanda (or Otopeni) is
located at about 15 km from downtown
Bucharest and 135 kilometers from the city of Pitesti, from which 120
kilometers on a recently modernized
highway.

The University of Pitesti is a young and modern institution of
high education with a high quality academic stuff, among which are also
several professors from the University of Bucharest or the
Institute of Mathematics Simion
Stoilow of the Romanian Academy. The main priorities of the
University of Pitesti are the development of a high quality
scientific research and the enlargement of international collaborations
through partnerships, projects and programs via foreign financements
