Special classes of solutions to the Gross-Clark system

Abstract:
The Gross-Clark system has beeen used to describe the motion of an uncharged impurity in a Bose codensate.
We will present several classes of particular solutions to this system: ground states, bubble-vortices and traveling waves.
In each case we will discuss the existence, give some qualitative properties, and compare to corresponding results for the Gross-Pitaevskii equation.
