The Mathematics Department of SNS-B and IMAR invited Prof. Bernard Helffer (Univ. Paris Sud-Orsay) to deliver a series of lectures on "Spectral theory and applications". The lectures begun in February 2010. The second part of the lectures series  is scheduled for the period March 23 - March 25, 2010
